HOME MADE CHOCOLATE

Chocolate companies invest millions of dollars into tools and machinery to turn bitter cocoa beans into delicious chocolate bars. With a little elbow grease, however, you can turn your kitchen into a miniature chocolate factory. Try either of the two following methods outlined after the jump to make your own homemade chocolate.
  • Powder method prep time: 15 minutes
  • Cook time: 10-12 hours (active cook time: 10 minutes)
  • Total time: 12 hours
